VintOS
VintOS is the modern operating system for U-Vint, U-Brew, and wine-kit shops. It combines counter sales, work orders, production, bottling, printing, payments, staff workflows, reporting, and owner controls into one purpose-built platform across web, desktop, mobile, and in-store stations.
The problem
Wine-kit shops run more like small production facilities than ordinary retail stores, but most are forced to operate with generic POS software, spreadsheets, paper binders, calendars, disconnected label printing, manual cash close, and staff memory. A single order can touch the counter, payment, customer history, production dates, fermentation stages, bottling appointments, labels, inventory, staff notes, cash reconciliation, and owner reporting. When those pieces live in separate tools, shops lose time, miss handoffs, duplicate work, and struggle to see what is actually happening.
What is being built
VintOS is a full shop operating system for the daily counter, cellar, back office, and owner layer. It is built as a modern SaaS product with native desktop support, mobile/PWA access, automated printing, offline-ready workflows, kiosk-style station modes, and Stripe-powered subscription infrastructure. The goal is not just to digitize old workflows. It is to make a wine-kit shop feel coordinated, fast, and professionally run from the first sale to the final bottle pickup.
