Avern Systems Inc. ("Avern", "we", "us") builds websites, automations, and software for our clients. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or get in touch, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site:

Details you send us directly, such as your name, email, and anything you describe when you start a conversation.
Basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used, like which pages are visited. This is not used to identify you individually.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver work you have asked us about, and improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers we rely on to operate (for example hosting and email), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, use our contact form and we will take care of it.
